The Delegate Package includes the following: access to all aae08 conference and seminar sessions; entry to the exhibition hall; refreshments during timetabled breaks in the programme; a buffet lunch; and all available conference notes. Any additional disbursements such as accommodation, food and refreshments not included as part of the programme, telephone calls and non-scheduled leisure activities are the responsibility of the individual delegate.

The Delegate Package costs £149 (Earlybird rate) or £199 per attending delegate. The total fee as stated on this contract must be paid within 15 days of the date on the signed delegate confirmation form or before the 30th November 2006, whichever comes first. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any reservations not paid in full by the due date. All fees are subject to VAT at the current UK rate.

Substitutions/Cancellations: Upon receipt of your booking form, your place(s) will be confirmed in writing. Any cancellation(s) must be sent in writing to the address given on the booking confirmation and will be acknowledged by the organisers in writing. Cancellations made up to 21 days before the event will be charged at 20% of the invoice total. Cancellations less than 21 days before the event will not be refunded, however a replacement delegate may be sent at any time. Two or more delegates may not 'share' a place at the event.

Special Discounts: Unless otherwise stated, only one discounted rate may be used per delegate place, regardless of any other discounts that may be offered from time to time.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. UMR Ltd. will endeavour to produce the event as published; however it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content, timings or venue. UMR Ltd will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the event, UMR Ltd reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the fee as a contribution to delegate registration, all location, marketing and central administrative costs. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to request that an attendee leaves the event should their behaviour (in the organiser's opinion) be inappropriate.
